Pineapple Kulfi Recipe by Gowri Chebbi

- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 16 oz Cool Whip
- 1 medium-sized tin of crushed pineapple
- 1 tin (14oz) condensed milk
- A pinch of yellow food coloring (optional)
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, Cool Whip, crushed pineapple, condensed milk, and yellow food coloring.
2. Using a beater, blend the ingredients until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezing tray or mold of your choice.
4. Freeze for 7-8 hours or until solid.
