Moong Dal Dosa by Gowri Chebbi
1. 2 cups of moong dal (with skin or without)
2. ¼ cup of rice
3. Salt to taste
4. 1-inch piece of ginger
5. 2 to 3 green chilies
6. ½ onion, chopped
1. Wash and soak the moong dal and rice for 3 to 4 hours.
2. Grind them into a coarse batter. Add salt, chopped green chilies, ginger, and chopped onions to the batter.
3. Prepare dosas on the same day and serve them hot.
