Green Chilies and Garlic Chutney Recipe by Gowri Chebbi
Experience the fiery fusion of green chilies and the aromatic punch of garlic in this simple yet flavorful chutney.
- 1 cup small green chilies
- 1 cup garlic cloves
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- Salt, to taste
1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium flame. Add the green chilies and garlic cloves. Cover with a lid and fry until they turn a light golden color.
2. Once cooled slightly, use a masher to coarsely mash the mixture.
3. Season with salt to taste and serve with rotis. Enjoy!
