Dudi Chutney Recipe by Gowri Chebbi
Dive into the diverse flavors of dudi combined with a medley of spices, forming a chutney that's sure to delight your taste buds.
- 2 cups of dudi, chopped
- 1 slice of tomato
- ½ bunch of coriander leaves
- A handful of curry leaves
- 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
- 2 tsp roasted dry coconut
- ½ tsp coriander seeds
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1 garlic clove
- 10 to 12 green chilies
- Salt, to taste
1. In a pan, dry roast the dudi, tomato, coriander leaves, curry leaves, sesame seeds, dry coconut, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, and green chilies until aromatic and lightly browned.
2. Transfer the roasted ingredients to a grinder. Add salt and blend into a coarse paste.
3. Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a delightful accompaniment to your meals.
