Craft your unique kulfi flavor with this adaptable recipe, choosing from an array of fruits, nuts, and essences. This creamy base provides the perfect foundation to unleash your culinary creativity.
- 1 tin (5oz) evaporated milk
- 1 tin (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can of Reddy Whip Spray
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 to 2 drops of your chosen essence
- ½ cup chopped nuts (e.g., pistachios, almonds)
- 1 cup chopped fruits (options: lychees, mango, orange, pineapple, chikoo, strawberry)
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, Reddy Whip, Cool Whip, chosen essence, nuts, and fruits.
2. Blend the mixture well using a beater.
