  1. 2 Cup of rice
  2. 4 Cup of water
  3. 6 Boiled Eggs
  4. Salt for taste


  1. 6 to 8 green chilies
  2. ½ bunch of cilantro leaves
  3. 1 inch ginger
  4. 3 to 4 Garlic cloves
  5. 1 Onion


  1. 6 Tbsp of oil
  2. 1 Tsp of cumin seeds
  3. 2 piece of cinnamon stick
  4. 3 Cloves
  5. 3 Bay leaves
  6. ½ Cup of peas


  1. Soak the rice for 30 minutes, Heat the pan with oil and season with seasoning ingredients expect peas.
  2. Add ground paste to seasoning and fry until the raw smell goes away then add peas and rice fry for another 1 minute then cook with water until its cooked.
  3. On top add boiled egg pieces and fry until it mix well then garnish with cilantro leaves.
