Dried Fruit Dessert - Huesillos con Mote

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds dried peaches
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 pound boiled wheat
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar        

Method:

  • Heat dried peaches in 1 liter of water for 1 hour. Add cinnamon and sugar.
  • Allow to cool. Add boiled wheat. Cool in freezer.
  • Serve chilled.
