INGREDIENTS

  1. 4 cups of raw rice
  2. 1 cup of avalakki (poha)
  3. 1 cup of butter milk
  4. ½ cup of urad dhal
  5. 1 cup of fresh coconut grated
  6. Salt for taste

METHOD

  1. Soak Rice and urad dhal and poha for 5 to 6 hours
  2. Grind along with buttermilk and coconut.
  3. Ferment it overnight
  4. Make thick small round dosa.
  5. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
