INGRIDENTS

  1. 1 cup Badam (Almonds)
  2. ½ cup cashew nuts
  3. 21/2 cup sugar
  4. 1 cup ghee
  5. 2 pinch of saffron
  6. 2 to 4 cardamom
  7. 1 pinch of orange color

METHOD

  1. Soak almond and cashew nuts in the water over night.
  2. In the morning peel the skin of the almonds and grind into smooth paste along with the cashew nuts and milk.
  3. Take a pan and add sugar + ghee + saffron + cardamom + color + ground paste.
  4. Mix everything and on low flame cook until the mixture leaves the sides, remove from the fire.
